Regards. Finally PCDA (Pension) Allahabad has issued the instructions for payment of 2nd Installment of Pay Commission Arrears vide its circular no. 416 dt. 1-9-2009 consequent to MOD letter no. 17(4)2008(I)/D(Pen/Pol) dt. 28-8-2009. League has also written a letter IESL/5/2009 dt. 2-9-2009 to Zonal Officer (Pension Disbursement) Jalandhar Cantt. who has confirmed having received the letter from PCDA Allahabad and promised that payment of this amount will be made before 30-9-2009. If any pensioner does not receive the arrears before 30-9-2009, he can contact the league office at Patiala Ph. 0175-5000896 Mob. 98554-09128. Both the letters are enclosed as annexures to this note.
